At DVDwest.ca we know that
the content of your DVD is the most important way for
you to merchandise yourself, but there are other merch and
promotional products that are important too - that's why we
provide ever-popular merchandise items such as printed posters,
printed stickers, sensormatic codes, barcodes, etc.

Barcode |

A barcode
may not be the most exciting 'extra' we can offer, but
it might just be one of the most useful! If you want
to have your CD sold in a retail setting there's a
very good chance the store will require you to have a
barcode for their inventory and check-out systems.
Ask And You Shall Receive!
When you place an order
for a minimum of 300 packaged CDs you can request a
FREE *BARCODE!
*Ownership of barcode is not transferable.
If DVDwest.ca provides you with a barcode
the ownership of the code is not transferred because
the 'prefix' of the barcode is registered to our
company. To register your own barcode will cost
several hundred dollars, so our free barcode works
very well for many indie artists.
Keep in mind that there may be some situations where
you will need to own your own barcode - for example,
some major retailers may require you to provide proof
of barcode ownership. In a situation like that you
would need to have your own barcode.

Posters are great for promotional purposes such as
in-store and upcoming gig advertisements. They're also
a great item to add to your merchandise table -
autographed posters are a really good (yet
inexpensive) way to connect with your fans.
