Short-Run DVD Duplication

Short-run DVD Duplication is the best method for producing small numbers of discs in a timely and cost-effective manner. The duplication process is where the data is copied from your supplied master disc and is 'burned' onto a pre-manufactured recordable DVD-R disc (the "R" stands for recordable). This is the same type of process that you already perform on your home computer, but at DVDwest.ca we're set-up to provide DVD duplication services using state-of-the-art duplication and printing equipment.

There might be a tendency to think that duplication projects are poor quality and less professional in appearance than the larger replication orders, but it's clear that with some attention to detail, good graphic design, and the use of the right materials your duplication project can look every bit as good - and professional - as replication orders.

Our CS100 Eco-Sleeves are a very popular packaging choice for customers who don't need a retail style of packaging but still want an eye-catching solution. This no-plastic product is produced using environmentally-friendly equipment, processes and materials.

The CS100 is a simple closed pocket sleeve with 2 panel construction that carries a single disc.

 
 
At DVDwest.ca we use good quality DVD-R discs (we don't deal with 'economy' grade media) and 'burn' them at slow speed to ensure the best possible result. Whether you choose to have thermal printed discs or upgrade to silkscreen printed or even offset printed discs, we use the best equipment and materials available for the job. The paper inserts for our short-run orders are produced on a state-of-the art Indigo digital-offset printer and we use the same quality of paper stock (FSC certified 100# gloss text) as our large volume orders.
